    SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS WITHIN GREECE

    We send your order by courier, charge 5 €. Cash on delivery € 7 throughout Greece, for 3-5 days (except Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and strikes). Delivery on Saturday can be made with an additional charge of € 2.  Receipts of products are possible free of charge from our physical store at the address 28 October 16, 27131 Pyrgos Ilia.

    SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS OUTSIDE GREECE
    In other countries we ship by post for a fee upon request. Delivery by courier of your choice is possible, but does not burden the company.     PAYMENT METHODS
    1. PAYMENT BY CREDIT / DEBT CARD
    You can pay for your order with a Debit card, a Prepaid card or a credit card: Visa, MasterCard.

    2. PAYMENT AT COURIER ON DELIVERY (COD)

    You can pay for your order at the courier upon delivery, either in cash, provided the amount does not exceed € 500, or by credit / debit card. COD is valid only for deliveries within Greece.

    4. PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL

    By choosing to pay via PayPal, you are directed to the secure PayPal website, where you log in to your account and your transaction is completed.

    PRODUCT CHANGES
    You can change the items you received within 14 days from their tradition.

    Fill in the product return form that you will find on the package. The Form filled in with all the necessary information must accompany the item you are returning. Send by courier, with which we sent you your order and make the change without any shipping charges. You can contact customer service for further information.
    If you want to replace the item for the second time, you will be charged with 5 € for the return and with an additional 5 € for the new shipment.

    If the new item is of greater value than your return, you pay the difference by cash on delivery (charge € 3) or by bank deposit. If the new item is of lower value, the difference may remain on your tab and you use it in your future purchase.

    CAUTION:
    The items you return must be unused with their tabs and packaging intact. If the items have an internal print they must not be worn or damaged.
    All our items go through quality control to confirm that they are in excellent condition before shipment. In the rare case of a defective item, please contact our company customer service by phone.
