How reliable is product availability information?

Product availability is updated frequently. Lace Boutique defines in a specific way the stock status of each product.

However, it can rarely happen that the number of orders exceeds the number of products available in stock. In this case, we will contact you either by phone or by informative email where we will inform you about the date of availability of the product for its shipment or if it has been sold out.


What is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost for orders within Greece is 5 €. If the parcel is sent by cash on delivery, there is an additional charge of 2 €. 

All the above prices include VAT. The shipping cost for foreign orders is 26 €. For Cyprus it is 12 €.

 

Who are the payment methods available?
Payment is made before or upon delivery of the product and can be made by one of the following payment methods.
1. By cash on delivery of the price of your order upon delivery of the product at the place of your choice (only for orders within Greece).
2. With VISA or MASTERCARD or MAESTRO credit card through pay pal.
3. By bank deposit in one of the bank accounts mentioned in detail in the section Payment & Security of transactions (only for orders within Greece)


Is my transaction secure?
Lace Boutique has selected the best partners to guarantee the security of your payments with encrypted and secure connection. All banking information is confidential.


How is my order delivered?
You receive your order through the courier company at the address you stated. On the day Lace Boutique makes the shipment you will receive an informative e-mail with the shipment number.

In case you are absent when the courier passes, it will leave you a notice stating your parcel number and the phone number you will need to call to arrange pick-up.


How long does it take for my order to be shipped and delivered?
Shipments for orders within Greece are made daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Orders placed from Monday to Friday until 10:30 p.m. are processed on the same day.

Orders placed on Friday (after 12:30 pm), Saturday & Sunday are processed on the following business day.

Delivery (if all the products of your order are ready to be delivered) is made within 4 days for the capitals of the prefectures and the big cities.

For inaccessible / remote areas and islands, delivery takes place within 5 days.

Shipments abroad are made as soon as the payment is completed. Shipments to Cyprus take place every Friday.
Delivery takes about 7 days.

The above delivery times are indicative, relate to working days (excluding weekends and holidays) and may vary depending on the conditions and availability of goods.


Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by calling us at 2621023323 or via e-mail at info@laceboutique.gr 

Depending on the stage of development of your order, we will inform you about the options you have. If the update is made within 2 hours from the placement of the order, the cancellation is free.

If, however, you cancel your order while the products have already been delivered to the carrier, then you will be charged with the shipping costs (ie the costs of shipping the products to you and returning them to the company).


What should I do when receiving my order?
To avoid your inconvenience, it is good to carefully check - at the time of delivery of your order - the condition of the products and their intact packaging, in order to avoid any problems.


What should I do if I find a problem with the content? of my order?
All parcels sent by Lace Boutique are checked before shipment and sealed accordingly. In case, however, you find an error, you must immediately after delivery, the same day or the next business day, contact our offices to express your reservations, either at 2621023323 (within Greece) or electronically at info @ laceboutique.gr attaching a photo of the product to the condition in which you received it.


What is the return policy?
In case you wish to return your products, the return deadline is 14 working days upon receipt.

The costs of returning the parcel to the company, as well as the shipping costs of the new one are borne by the customer and not the company, except in cases where the return is due to our fault (eg product defect), where a return is required within 5 days.

In the products offers changes are accepted only in color and size, as long as there are corresponding products available. For hygiene reasons, our company will not accept returns on bodysuits and earrings.

Returns are accepted if the following conditions are met:
Fill in the return form stating your name, order number, products you wish to return, as well as the reason for the return.

- Products are in the same condition in which you received them, ie they must be intact (in the condition in which you received them).

- The product accompanied by a photocopy of the retail receipt or consignment note, if invoiced.

- The product is accompanied by a note stating your name, the items you return (code, color, size) and the reason for return. You can also request us to credit the amount of the value of the product you return, in order to use it in the future on your next purchase and no later than six months from the date of issue of the return number.

- You have received from Lace Boutique written return approval to your e-mail.

Who bears the return costs in case there is a problem with the content of the order?
If you find a problem with the content of the order or a defect was found in the goods, the return costs are borne by the company, if our goods are returned by you within 5 working days from the date of receipt.

Returns from abroad will be made by regular mail and you will be refunded the shipping costs you will have paid when we receive the product.

The defective product is repaired or replaced accordingly and returned to you again at the expense of Lace Boutique.

In case of non-replacement you get another product of equal value or the amount of the value of the product you return is credited, in order to use it in the future and no later than six months from the date of issue of the return document.

All products returned to our company are subject to quality control. To be accepted for a refund / replacement return, the wear must not be due to misuse of the product.

If it is found that the damage is due to misuse by the customer, the product is returned in the same condition as we received it, and shipping costs in this case are borne by the customer.
